Step 1: Preparing and sending your master
If you want to upload your Audio CD, you can send us a DDP
(Disc Description Protocol) file. DDP files are a self contained
disc image file format commonly used for the transport of mastered
audio CD data.
If you want to upload your Data CD, you can send us a ISO
(Disc Image) file. ISO files are a self contained disc image
file format commonly used for the transport of CD data.

CD Master - Please supply us with a finished hard copy CD-R that
is titled and operates exactly the way you want it. We will make exact duplicates
or replicates of your disc depending on what quantity you are ordering and turn time
required. If your project is a music CD, the preferred format is Audio CD. Please do
not supply us with a mp3 disc unless that is what you want. On PC the file extension
for an Audio CD is .cda and on Mac it is .aiff.
DVD Master - Please supply us with a finished hard copy DVD-R that is titled, operates, looks and sounds exactly the way you want it. We will make exact duplicates or replicates of your disc depending on what quantity you are ordering.

Step 2: Preparing and sending your design files
If you want to upload your art files, please compress all of your files into one
zipped (.zip - PC) or stuffed (.sit - Mac)) folder before sending. Click

Please supply us your art on a disc or thumbdrive in native file format and be sure to include all
linked and placed images, as well as fonts and either a printout of the file or a visual PDF for reference.
If you want to supply us print ready PDF’s or some other print ready format, you can do that as well.
Be sure to turn off all guide and or mask layers before saving, include bleed and crop marks and use
the highest quality settings to ensure proper reproductive quality.

Step 3: IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) Form (Replication Only)
This form needs to be filled out and sent in with your order. It states that you own the rights
to reproduce everything on your disc. Without this form, we cannot begin replication of your order.

Step 4: Payment for your order
Full payment is required upon placing of your order. We accept all
major credit cards as well as cash. We do not accept checks. Click

*Please note: On replication orders there is an industry standard 5% over/under. After completion of your order
you will either be billed or credited for the 5%.
